Duties:
1. Participate product feature definition and development.
参与完成产品的定义和开发
2. Manage product from NPI to mass production. Co-work with CM for the product continuous yield improvement and quality stability control.
负责产品从NPI到量产的维护。与代工厂合作完成产品的生产良率持续改进和产品质量稳定性控制
3. Responsible for product validation, DOE and 2nd source verification etc.,
负责产品验证、DOE试验和替代料认证等
4. Responsible for failure analysis and work closely with cross function team, including SE, AE, CM and Marketing to give great technical support.
负责产品不良分析，和跨职能团队密切合作提供技术支持

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor ’s degree or above in electrical, communication, industry engineering or related major
本科及以上学历，电子电气，通信，工业工程或相关专业
2. 1-3 years working experience as product engineer g in the relevant area.
1-3年相关行业产品工程师经验
3. Data analysis skills, know about quality management tools
有数据分析能力，了解质量管理工具
4. Have experience with related product testing and manufacturing. DAC, Optical module experience is a plus.
有DAC，光模块产品的测试或生产的相关经验优先
5. Good communication skills in English, good spoken English is a plus
良好的英语交流和沟通能力；流利的英语口语优先
