After-Sales Service and project site commissioning
1、 负责公司产品的售后服务工作和项目现场调试，主要包含技术答疑，安装操作指导，故障原因分析，故障解决等工作;
Responsible for after-sales service of the company's products, including technical questions answering, installation and operation guidance, fault cause analysis, fault resolution, etc
2、 完成售后服务报告
Provide the after-sales service report
3、 对于出现质量问题的产品，负责向艾瑞德国进行索赔；
Claim from ARI Germany for products with quality issues

Pre-sales technical support
1、 对于新销售同事进行产品和技术培训。
Provide products and technical training to new sales staff.
2、 对于销售产品方案进行技术支持。
Provide support for sales product proposal.
3、 陪同销售同事对重点客户和项目进行技术交流。
Joint visit with sales staff and technical communication to important customer and project.

Provide support to company marketing work
1、 对于公司的样品方案进行技术协助。
Assistance to company marketing sample proposal
2、 对于产品推广和培训会议进行支持。
Provide support to marketing seminars and training activity.
3、 参与展会和市场推广会议。
Participate exhibitions and marketing promotional meetings.

Technical Support to company daily operation
1、 必要时协助进货的质量检验
Support the quality inspection of incoming valves when necessary;
2、 对于项目订单进行技术检查。
Technical check for project orders.
3、 对于“工程订单”进行技术指导和操作。
Direction and operate for “production order”.
4、 参与ARI中国的机组系统工作，负责技术检查和技术确认，并进行现场服务工作。
Participate the engineering system project, being responsible for technical check and confirmation, and attend the project site service.
5、 完成直线经理交代的其他相关工作
Complete other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification requirements (Knowledge and Skill)
1. 热能与动力工程，暖通专业或相关专业的大学学历及以上
College degree or above in thermal energy and power engineering, HVAC or related major.
2. 对蒸汽，凝结水，导热油系统有丰富的技术知识
Rich technical knowledge about steam, condensate water, thermal oil system
3. 对系统机组有经验。
Experience to engineering system is a good plus to this position.
4. 5年以上阀门售后经验
Over five-year experience in valve after-sales
5. 良好的英语阅读和书写能力
Good in English language both in reading and writing
