Undertake mechanical design and development for automotive electronic products
Participate in mechanical requirements review and feasibility analysis
Create mechanical architecture, thermal solution and PCBA stacking design based on requirements
Mechanical detail design, material, and process definition
Mechanical part DFM / DFA review, tooling trial review and approval
Lead project mechanical development activities, including inputs and outputs
工作经验
Bachelor/above degree on Mechanical Engineering or related area
5+ years mechanical design and development experience on automotive electronic products
Familiar with various materials and processes (die casting, sheet metal, plastics, rubber, etc.)
Have thermal design knowledges (thermal simulation, test, TIM, etc.)
Experience with automotive electronic products with high power consumption, EMC related, size constrained, etc.
Have mechanical/structure reliability analysis knowledges (FEA)
