This role will be responsible for developing, managing and growing the Walmart cross border trade seller education and training business, which involves planning your coverage model and building a proactive relationship with specific sellers. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join Walmart Cross Border Trade team and responsible for seller education project management.
Main Responsibility:
- Co-work with internal and external stakeholders to identify China cross border sellers’ needs on training and education, create and manage course to fulfill needs. - Develop effective training courses structure and content, as well as its standards and overall procedure based on deep understanding of cross border trade; keep optimizing training performance through data tracking and analysis, for better productivity and outputs. - Improve training adoption rate and seller satisfaction through create and develop various official customized and open training programs. - Manage relationship and cooperate with service partners, collect VOS from multi-channel to increase eco-system satisfaction, improve transfer of Walmart ecommerce relevant knowledge via course programs. - Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or above. - Knowledge of e-commerce. - 3 years and above relevant work experience training, eLearning, education system development. - Great communications skill in complex matrix dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in oral and written English, additional foreign language skill preferred.
