Unbiased scientific information exchange with external stakeholders 85 Responsible for identifying,profiling and mapping KOL list to engage within assigned Therapy Area (TA). 85 Localize medical strategy and get aligned with cross-functional partners. Design robust individual KOL engagement plan independently based on medical strategy. 85 Applies broad and deep knowledge of relevant diseases and disease management protocols, healthcare environment and competitors to articulate the medical and scientific value of our products. 85 Engage KOLs by regular visit and other medical initiatives to establish robust and long-terms professional peer relationships with KOLs. 85 Independently recognizes and elaborates on potential issues or topics of interest to the company, including but not limited to competitor activity, during stakeholder interactions. 85 Consistently identify insights from external KOLs or gather/analyze relevant information to form insights. Share with internal customer appropriately to deepen internal understanding of unmet needs and enhancement of our scientific messages, strategic plans, systems, and product development. 85 Develop non-promotional medical materials (e.g. slides decks, education videos) . 85 Organize educational meeting based on medical strategy and individual KOL engagement plan. 85 Provides effective clinical presentations to internal and external audiences and tailors presentations to meet specific needs of the audience. 85 Train and develop speakers for scientific education. 85 Respond to medical request associated to our products and relevant TA. 2. Evidence generation 85 Maintains awareness of clinical investigator activities throughout territory and offers suggestions on appropriate clinical trials PI or sites when appropriate. 85 Strategically evaluates published studies and latest progresses, have ability to responds to unsolicited requests regarding interest in investigator initiated studies (IIS), and supports IIS submissions through appropriate internal processes. 85 Maintains a high level of understanding on disease epidemiology and treatment pathways and provides support, including protocol development, when needed, on various types of studies: including Real World Study (RWS), Phase IV study, Phase II study, HEOR, etc. 85 Have basic knowledge of trial operation. 3. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders 85 Actively give suggestions to central medical based on deep understanding of real world clinical practice and thoughts of patients and KOLs. Support central medical work from field medcal perspectives. 85 Can be a buddy for new MSLs in team. 85 Collaborate with field commercial team to localize medical strategy to fulfill field unmet medical needs appropriately. 85 To be an internal expertise in TA. Have a systematic training plan and properly response to inquiry in compliance with relevant SOPs. 85 Distribute relevant scientific and medical information and key external insights to internal stakeholders, like Commercial Operations, Business Development, Regulatory, etc. based on the business needs. 85 Properly response to the unsolicited inquiry in compliance with relevant SOPs. 85 Maintain full compliance with relevant company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements and actively communicate with and give medical suggestions to internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs colleagues, Medical Information and Commercial Operations). 任职资格: 1. Education Master degree in Medical or Life science is required, doctoral education is preferred. 2. Working Experience in Relevant Field 85 ≥1.5 year previous MSL experience in multinational pharma or big local pharma or Biotech company. 85 High performance in previous work is preferred. 85 Work experience within hematology/oncology is preferred. 3. Professional Knowledge and Skills 85 Ability to interpret key scientific data and translate this information to meet educational and research needs. 85 Clear understanding of medical practice, clinical decision making and healthcare systems related to patient care. 85 Good sense of business. 85 Strong to carry out medical strategy and company instructions. 85 Good presentation and negotiation skills. 85 Fundamental knowledge in clinical study methodology and operation. 85 Innovative thinking and self-motivated. 85 Effective communication, team-spirit and active collaboration. 85 Fluent in written business English, workable in spoken English. 85 Awareness of and adherence to the company’s credo and compliance requirement. 4. Travel Requirements: 85 MSL is a field-based role and the successful candidate would be expected to >50% work days on field. The successful candidate will also be expected to travel during the holidays as required by the business need.
