◆Key Responsibilities 1.Building regional mechanical commodity strategy to achieve company, supply chain, regional BU ‘s objectives, should include supply base rationalization, development, spend management, best cost, new technologies, market analysis and product strategies. 2.Competitive analysis based on commodity, cost drivers, technology and market benchmarking. 3.Lead the performance tracking of suppliers and implement supplier development, expansion, reduction, and integration plans . 4.Execute negotiation plan to achieve the company’s target including cost, payment term, incoterm, lead time, inventory, contracts and etc. 5.Conduct annual supplier negotiation to achieve saving target. 6.Negotiation, creation, maintain, enforce responsible commodity suppliers' contracts according to the regional legal standards. 7.Cost analysis, be able to understand the cost structure and bring solutions on cost control, drive cost reduction (VA/VE, localization, negotiations, second source) activities to generate significate savings. 8.Manage and align supplier panel with global commodity buyer. 9.Dealing for escalation of all supplier relationship issues. Ensure quick and efficient resolution of unplanned issues. 10.Risk management and mitigation on material field level and on supplier level.
◆Qualifications 1.Bachelor in Mechanical/Engineering/Business/Supply Chain background required. 2.Familiar with the cost drivers, proactive cost management, commercial contracts and supply chain management. 3.Familiar with stamping, machining, and die-casting, molding, plating, forging knowledge. 4.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. 5.Minimum 10 years work experience and minimum 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry andminimum 3 years experience in commodity management. 6.Excellent MS Office software application, including Word, Excel and PPT. 7.Proficiency in English.
