As a pricing officer, you will work closely with business marketers for pricing execution of on-invoice & off-invoice deviation. Detailed roles & responsibilities include but not limited to:
85 Understand business request, maintain price records in local pricing system timely & accurately. 85 Coordinate with marketer to submit PDR/Promotion eform for any price deviation request or promotion program. Work with CSR to efficiently execute deviated price on order. 85 Trouble shooting of any price error noted from both internal & external process. Handle price-related customer complaint and resolve it in a timely manner. 85 Assist marketer for any mass price adjustment, such as annual price increase, price renew, etc. 85 Handle customer incentive program and chargeback program, such as proposal requisition, payment estimation and calculation, etc. 85 Provide pricing performance analysis, as well as work with marketer and finance to manage pricing forecast and reporting. 85 Participate pricing project to optimize pricing structure, process, system and prepare for SAP deployment. 85 Perform price data clean up regularly to improve data accuracy, completeness, simplicity & visibility. 85 Release authorized price page to marketer, sales & customer. Response to any inquiries related to price information, process & systems.
The person in this position will report directly to the Business Services Pricing Operation Leader. You should have 85 Bachelor’s degree or above 85 3+ years related working experience in business operation or finance, customer-facing experience preferred 85 Strong coordination and communication skills, Strong ownership, proficient in data analyzing 85 Fluent English (written and verbal) required 85 Good PC skills
