The mission of this position is to conduct sales& wearer transaction data analysis for Acuvue business. Figure out business opportunities with solid insight generated from data.
Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct JD market trend analysis and wearer insights research to deliver strategic planning to uncover wearer growth. - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and wearer insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. - Providing insights to guide strategic decision-making based on market dynamics and brand's right to win.
2. Identify and solve commercial questions by leveraging data and analysis to drive revenue growth. - Quantify the business problem by utilizing data analysis techniques, and to translate them into analytical frameworks and measure their impact. - Conduct attribution analysis to identify key drivers and provide insights for business decision-making.
3. Evaluate performance effectiveness across strategic, operational, execution, etc. - Define evaluation criteria and standards to assess the effectiveness. - Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations to measure the success of various initiatives.
Qualifications · Education: Bachelor degree above Major in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
· Experience: 3 years+ experiences in data analytics related field. Experience in data analysis, mathematical modeling, performance evaluation, and solving commercial questions.
· Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Have analysis experience on AIPL in Ali or 4A in JD or 5A in Tiktok. Familiar with platform tools like Xinkece or ShuFang or YunTu. Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, or similar tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of market research techniques, marketing strategies, and wearer behavior analysis.
