61 Provide highly skilled technical assistance for network planning, engineering and architecture; 61 Provide implementation and technology support for network service; 61 Develop technical standards and documentation, identify and evaluate new network solution; 61 Identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting network performance; 61 Proactively communicate the progress status, plan of action(s), and resolution(s) of issues; 61 Deploy LANs and wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls and other hardware; 61 Resolve detailed technical network issues and other network connectivity issues that have been escalated to the network team; 61 Diagnose and resolve the LAN/IPT/Wi-Fi problem in a timely fashion, including being on call during non-office hour in case of network emergency that may arise; 61 Address Issue/problem timely with resolution to ensure 99.9% uptime of the network service; 61 Handle network related Change management and ensure all changes are under standard procedure and controlling; 61 Work with NOC (network operation center) or other global function teams for network global/regional policy, architecture, standard deployment.
