Job description:
Our Packaging & Accessories Procurement Department is looking for a Procurement Account Manager in Shanghai.
Your main mission will be to implement procurement process and strategy for AROMA ZONE with Chinese suppliers and to manage a merchandiser for supply and logistic tasks.
According to your expertise and good experience in cosmetic packaging field, you will have to select future suppliers for long term partnership with AROMA ZONE. Your goal will be to find the best manufacturers, according to our specifications and ethical requirements, and complying to our economic performance objectives.
You will be in contact with our French procurement team on daily basis, and will be reporting your sourcing progress every week.
Hard Skills :
- Buying / Procurement strategy (sourcing and cost optimization, contracts, negotiation, risk management, and supply chain)
- Project manager
- Software: Excel (Pivot table, formula, V search), Outlook
- Language: English writing and speaking (high level requested)
- French speaking (optional, but appreciated)
- Supply (process, documentation, logistics and incoterm knowledge for exportation to France (FOB conditions)
- TMS: traceability Management System
- Quality:
- EU and France regulation (in contact with our regulation department)
- Expert in Cosmetic chinese market (biggest players identification, supplier mapping, manufacturing areas and specialties, good knowledge of Chinese law and process, and local GPM (good practice of manufacturing))
