Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :
- This role is responsible for DOUYIN sales deployment and operation excellence to fulfill the commercial goal - Working scope not limited to: sales & operation plan, platform relationship management, DP management, cross functional cooperation in terms of product & marketing
Key Result Areas:
- Annual goal setting by platform & building block - Annual and monthly Sales & operation plan against sales target - Cooperate with digital hub & DP to pursuit operation excellence - Support EC Merch & Buying team on OTB & Buy to meet sales needs - Cooperate with Marketing team on co-branding campaign to drive buzz & sales - DP management to fulfill commercial needs
