Position details: 1) User requirements gathering and business process analysis; 2) Writing functional specifications for new product modules and feature enhancements; 3) Write and maintain software product specification; 4) Management of the project lifecycle from requirements through release; 5) Support Product director of HQ to implement product requirements management; 6) Cooperation with software development team and QA team to implement product development; 7) Conduct product requirements training; 8) Align product and project details with international stakeholders.
Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, major in Computer Science or related fields.
Minimum qualifications: 1) Work experience of at least 1 years in software requirements; 2) Strong technical skills/experience with web-based products; 3) Proficient with database technology/SQL language, be able to read complex SQL script 4) Superior analytical skills; 5) Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently; 6) Demonstrated ability to manage time and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; 7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills; 8) Effective written and verbal communication skills, preferably with good command of English in addition to local language; 9) High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access); 10) Self-motivated, team player and fast learner.
Preferred skills/qualifications: 1) Analyze, software development experience would be preferred; 2) Project experience in the following fields (preferred): E-HR solution, HRMIS; 3) HR domain expertise a plus. 4) Preferred experience on Tableau.
