Job Summary: This role involves supporting the effective and efficient delivery of AI projects, including assisting in gathering and understanding detailed business needs and requirements and transform them into functional and technical specifications for AI projects.
Key Responsibilites: 1. Assist in activities to ensure work adheres to business requirements, including processes, procedures, standards, acceptance criteria, and change control processes as defined by CMA CGM IT. 2. Support the design and delivery of innovative, cost-effective AI solutions to meet business requirements. 3. Help assess, source, and implement the right AI solutions or integrate leading AI technologies such as LLM, Bytedance Doubao, and Alibaba Qwen into IT/digital solutions to enable and deliver business value. 4. Maintain operational excellence in all AI service delivery, ensuring a secure, reliable, available, compliant, and cost-effective AI environment. 5. Identify opportunities for synergies across AI projects in CMA CGM. 6. Contribute to AI and derive value from AI. 7. Support a consistent approach, including standard policies, processes, and templates, to project management across all AI projects in the IT/Digital portfolio, ensuring alignment to all project management or PMO approaches. 8. Assist in identifying and producing KPIs that give meaningful insight into the performance of AI Projects and the Portfolio. 9. Assist in designing AI solutions with internal business and external tech partners/vendors. 10. Work as a part of the team on AI projects following both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and standard practices, with preferences for commercial-related functional knowledge and relevant project experiences. 11. Support business stakeholders with a paradigm of AI being a technological facilitator to improve business efficiencies and optimize AI investments in applications. 12. Provide secondary support for running AI platforms. 13. Perform regular and ad hoc AI-related operations and deliveries. 14. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve AI application and project support, decrease turnaround times, and streamline processes to provide quality customer service. 15. Show strong commitment in all engagements and remain flexible to best optimize resources and skills. 16. Support AI projects and develop PMO capabilities for managing demands, performing analysis, and setting up standard processes and tools as needed. 18. Assist project managers and IT/Digital director with AI commercial activities such as PR/PO and contracting processes and the consolidated reporting and analysis of such.
Required Experience & Skills: 1. Must have domain knowledge in Commercial function including customer service and sales 2. Prefer to have experience in business analyst to intake requirement and transform to system logic. 3. Prefer to have experience in using AI application in daily working. 4. Preferably has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. 5. Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2, or equivalent would be a plus. 6. Background in shipping or logistics is a plus.
