Job Description Support TwO China business transformation in Optimus programme China roll out project (SAP S4 Hana). The ideal candidate will possess in-depth Order-to-Cash knowledge, particularly experience in end-to-end order process and SOP in the MFCG/CPG industry. In addition, candidates should have hands-on experience with SAP ERP implementation and be able to understand the system logic to clarify business needs.
Main responsibilities: 1. Validate/adopt global design template (GTD) and identify localized GAPs; 2. Responsible for the process design and optimization; 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the sales needs are met during SAP implementation; 4. Work with BizTech (IT) team to ensure non-SAP applications (TPM/CRM etc.) interface can be migrated to SAP, performance and user experience are evaluated and improved; 5. Monitor and evaluate the operational efficiency of the OTC management system and put forward suggestions for improvement; 6. Actively design and confirm Reporting/Forms/Workflows functional specification; 7. Participate and confirm master data mapping (DOM); 8. Regularly report status and progress update in OTC workstream; 9. Confirm test scenarios and test data for user acceptance test (UAT); 10. Participate and confirm cut-over activities, ensure all cut-over activities achieved as per plan; 11. Provide training and support for ERP system for the sales team; 12. Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects of sales processes; 13. Ensure all activities finished with good quality within timeline.
Qualifications: 1. At least 5-6 years of SOP and sales operation related work experience, including Ordering to cash ; Trade management , sales system integration , customer/Store master data management , Demand Planning experience in the MFCG/CPG industry; 2. At least 3 years of experience in SAP system launch, including system implementation and process optimization; 3. Both Party A and Party B's background is preferred; 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with people from different departments and levels; 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 6. Familiarize yourself with the latest sales and IT trends, including, SFA/CRM/TPM, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence; 7. Able to work independently and be an excellent member of the team; 8. Fluent in written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
