- Create CRM strategy for offline program channel. - Set-up a solid action plan with timeline, KPIs, and deliverables to - Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision making. Work with data team to detect business opportunity and risk, and together come up the consumer segment approach plan. - Lead and manage the day-to-day offline CRM operations. - Cross-functional teamwork with stakeholders for planning, review and KPI set, e.g., OL & Offline sales leaders, CRM, digital, etc. - Inspire and lead offline CRM team to achieve business goals.
