Job Description: 1. Develop a detailed data migration plan; 2. Finalise data migration strategy; 3. Ensure toolset, environments and template are put in place to facilitate the DM process; 4. Provide accurate daily visibility of migration progress through key phases; 5. Ensure processes in place to maintain & confirm accuracy of migrated data; 6. Manage the overall process of data quality sign-offs; 7. Facilitation of data discovery exercise – high level review of data objects with LPO to determine best approach for migration; 8. Assist LPO with creation of data cleansing plan for remaining data objects; 9. Track and ensure the delivery of all data deliverables (DOM, DCW, DOFS, 3rd Party DOMs); 1). DOM – work with LPO, CapFC and Developer to ensure all in-scope fields have determined transformation type, rule and source; 2). DCW – ensure DCW is created containing all fields as per instructed in the DOM, and that the CapFC has sufficiently handed it over to LPO, including sample data required for BODS development; 3). DOFS – make copy of W1 DOFS, review document and update source data and VR sections as required; 4). Dropdowns/config – identify all fields that require a list-of-values to populate a dropdown control, ensure review by LPO, consolidation with Global/W1 values. 10. Track and facilitate the build and testing of ETL jobs; 11. Ensure the execution and delivery of the data cleansing plan; 12. Facilitate the execution of mock loads, including DCW readiness, tracking activities in ALM (i.e., Pre and Post Load Validations); 13. Chair daily mock load meetings and track progress against load plan; 14. Triage and facilitation of data defects; 15. Document process of creating key master data objects in S/4 required for MDG-K2 automation; 16. Input to Master Data Governance track.
Job Specification: Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelor degrees or above in Computer Science or Business Information System major from an accredited university; 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP; 3. Experience of large-scale SAP implementations and transformation programmes; 4. Experience of working with a data dictionary and data quality/profiling tools; 5. Experience of configuring data quality rules and scorecards within SAP Information Steward; 6. Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively with senior stakeholders at all levels translating technical ideas into understandable language; 7. Ability to successfully manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of management.
Skills & Competencies: 1. Knowledge of the key master data objects within SAP (material, vendor, customer, asset); 2. Knowledge of Data definitions, data quality, data profiling, data transformation, data integration, data flows; 3. Knowledge on Data Architecture and Data Modelling; 4.
