Responsibilities: 01 Supporting the project team in all aspects of HSE issues 01 Enforce and implement Company and Client HSE Policy and HSE requirements at construction and office site; 01 Monitoring the HSE complies of Subcontractor and recording the HSE observations as Company procedures 01 Ensure training, toolbox meeting and drills are implemented as part of the Company construction site training procedure; 01 Works closely with site personnel on matters pertaining to HSE including the implementation of the project HSE requirements; 01 Participate in the development and implementation of Job Safety Analysis and/or Risk Assessments to ensure all risk is adequate mitigated for the tasks undertaking; 01 Review and monitor the site HSE compliance and take actions to continual improve HSE performance; 01 Actively participate and drive participation to relevant HSE programs such as observation and intervention, HSE meetings, inspections & audits etc. 01 Evaluate Company and sub-contractor site HSE officer(s)’ performance; 01 Participate in the investigation of all incidents including near misses to identify the root causes and address corrective actions can be taken to prevent recurrence. Assist in ad-hoc HSE task/project required.
