Your primary responsibility is to identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with potential clients or partners. You will lead the development and execution of GoToMarket strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and achieve organizational objectives. Effective communication with target customers through sales and partnerships is essential to increase the success rate of our Semiconductor business.
JOB SUMMARYRESPONSIBILITIES 61 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships to create a Belden Semiconductor business development ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support sales efforts. 61 Collaborate with the sales team, pre-sales, product line management (PLM), and other departments to ensure awareness of Semiconductor focus and drive growth. 61 Assist the sales team in developing a robust sales pipeline and maintaining accurate updates in Salesforce. 61 Collect market intelligence, analyse market trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions. 61 Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture new business and achieve revenue targets. 61 Create sales and promotional strategies to capture mind share and market share. 61 Gather, document, and analyse customer feedback, and work with the product line management team to develop and execute product development or improvement plans. 61 Provide regular revenue forecasts and track sales performance. Prepare materials for management review meetings. 61 Attend internal and external business development meetings and participate in industry events to influence key decision-makers with excellent presentation skills. 61 Leverage Belden’s core competencies and focus to achieve business goals. 61 Maintain the highest ethical standards and utmost professionalism at all times.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 61 Hold a degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields. 61 Have 7 years+ of working experience, processing a comprehensive understanding of industrial networking products and solutions in Semiconductor industry. 61 Demonstrate a successful track record of solution and outcome-based selling. 61 Ability to articulate a vision and translate it into a strategic plan and motivate key channel partners to execute the plan. 61 Demonstrate innovation by envisioning the future state and distilling the vision into actionable plans. 61 Ability to communicate effectively with existing and potential customers and develop long-term strategic partnerships. 61 Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure and handle multiple concurrent activities. 61 Ability to work independently as a self-motivated, driven contributor as well as part of a diverse team. 61 Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and across the organization. 61 Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and motivated by results. 61 Experience of working within an international environment advantageous 61 Ability to travel to fulfil the duties of the role essential – anticipated to average 50% of time
