Senior Garment Technician

Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for providing technical support throughout the entire process from development to production.
2.Effectively communicate technical details with clients and vendors, and efficiently resolve any technical problems that arise.
3.Offer options and suggestions on the most suitable fitting, construction, workmanship, and production-friendly solutions.
4.Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on standards and requirements.
5.Monitor and maintain consistent quality performance of vendors to ensure high standards are met.
6.Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1.Hold a Diploma or higher qualification in Textile and Clothing.
2.Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in the garment industry, including at least 8 years in a Garment Technician role.
3.Have a comprehensive knowledge of garment manufacturing, construction, fitting, and pattern making/grading.
4.Familiarity with 3D technology is preferred.
5.Have a good command of the English language.
6.Possess excellent communication skills.
