Responsibilities 1. Capture arising market opportunities. 2. Acquisition of new customers, strengthen closer relationship with existing customer. 3. Management of existing customers from PreSales to After Sales support. 4. Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs. 5. Support marketing activities and market communication. 6. Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company. 7. Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region. 8. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications 1. Good understanding of the European ESS market. 2. 5 to 10 years Recent and successful B2B sales experience in international ESS/PV/Solar or related industry. 3. Experience in working for global companies, international mindset. 4. Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles. 5. Result driven approach and ability to work autonomously. 6. Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills. 7. Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis. 8. Proficient in English.
