Duties and Responsibilities工作职责 1.Contact with end-users, FSE and AMS to coordinate on site visit time and create service call timely. Feedback to AMS after call closed. 与终端用户、售后工程师和AMS沟通协调上门时间后创建服务call,并将工作完成情况反馈给AMS 2.Focus on dispatching efficiency and quality, especially guaranteeing the response time that aligns with SLA. 注重调度的效率和质量,保证与售后服务响应时间一致 3.Tracking field Service and providing additional support or re-dispatching according to the actual situation. 跟踪服务现场,根据实际情况对现场未能完成的工作增派支援或者后续重新派工 4.Monitor the number of closed service call, update unclosed service call and update timely. 监控工程师服务 call的完成数量,更新未完成工作量的变化并及时反馈 5.Service spare parts purchase, update and manage spare parts purchase order form. 采购售后服务备件,更新管理备件订购单表格 6.Assist finance department to conduct spare parts inventory. 协助财务部门进行工程师备件库存盘点 7.Other things assigned by line manager. 上级经理安排的其他工作事项 Skills and Qualifications岗位要求 1.College degree or above. 全日制大专及以上学历 2.A major in mechanical or electronic engineering is preferred. 机械及电子工程相关专业优先 3.Engineering background is a plus. 工程师背景*** 4.Over 1 years related experience. 一年及以上相关工作经验
