In your new role you will: 1. To assist business growth, plan and provide content with a comprehensive grasp of the industry, including localizing material from headquarters and local development. 2. Manage cross channel approaches-online and offline- by working with divisions/segments and relevant functional depts. Drive and execute campaigns and programs, such as trade shows and Infineon signature/ customer campaigns & events, ensuring key messages are conveyed and consistent communication between customers, partners, and stakeholders. 3. Continuously optimize the customer engagement performance of campaigns & events, and work with internal stakeholders to utilize data tool to visualize data insights and continuously improve the customer journey process of campaigns and events. 4. Ensure all teams are kept in the loop, funneling communication with key internal stakeholders for implementation and support internal communications. 5. Support other marketing communications related tasks and project as assigned. 职位要求: You are best equipped for this task if you have: 1.Bachelor’s Degree or above, in Marketing, Communications, journalism, or other relevant areas 2.3-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing and communications role with a multinational company or PR agency would be preferred 3.Self-driven and proactive working ethic. Strong team and project management experience with great communications skills, team spirit, and a can-do spirit 4.A good combination of creative and programmatic thought. Proactively embrace new trends and ideas to optimize content and channel operations. 5.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6.Proficiency in both spoken and written English. 7.Familiar with MS office software applications, photoshop, illustrator and movie editing apps.
