QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE： - Hold a degree in Plumbing or Building Services Engineering. - Possess a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in the field of Building Services. - Experience with mission-critical facilities, such as data centers, would be a significant advantage. - Proficient in computer applications and experienced with industry design software including CAD, BIM, CFD, AMTECH, etc. - Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Knowledge of Putonghua would be advantageous but is not essential. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES - The engineer will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision from senior engineers, requiring high levels of motivation to meet quality and performance expectations. - Report directly to a senior engineer and contribute to achieving objectives set by a results-driven organization. - The role involves substantial on-site work, as well as occasional international travel outside of China. - Projects may encompass design, testing, commissioning, or a combination thereof. - Maintain effective relationships and communication with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. - Keep abreast of industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant M&E design standards and practices.
