工作职责:
1.1 Routine management of building construction facility maintenance and repair.
1.1 房屋土木设施日常维护维修管理。
1.2 To transfer the existing facility paper drawings (includes construction and MEP pipe network ) to electronic version as required.
1.2 根据要求将现有的设施纸质图纸(包括建筑以及机电管网）转化为电子版本。
1.3 Assist to complete the construction drawing in case facility renovation or upgrading projects needed.
1.3 协助完成设施升级改造项目所需图纸绘制。
1.4 To assist Facility Manager to complete construction projects by means of technical support.
1.4 提供技术支持以协助设施经理完成土建项目。
1.5 Follow defined project design, quality, program, cost and safety management process & system for working scope allocated by Facility Manager
1.5 遵循设施经理分配的工作范围内规定的项目设计、质量、方案、成本和安全管理流程和体系。
1.6 Serve as the Facility key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, manufacturing status, installation, field start-up and maintenance issues.
1.6 作为设施部关键联系人，负责项目范围、计划、计划、制造状态、安装、现场启动和维护问题等沟通协调。
1.7 Conduct the construction projecr related tendering including pre-qualification, document preparation, tendering issuance, on-site survey, opening, inquiry and answer, submission of assessment report to recommend the qualified contractor.
1.7 主导土建相关招标工作包括资格预审、文件准备、招标发布、现场调查、开放、询问、答复、提交评估报告，并推荐合格的承包商。
1.8 Manage and monitor the site activity among employer, supervision and contractor, as well as the project construction to achieve the project target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance. Manage the change of work scope and the variation valuation
1.8 管理和监督雇主、监理和承包商之间的现场活动，以及项目建设，以高质量、按时交付、预算控制和HSE合规以实现项目目标。管理工作范围的变更和变更估价。
1.9 Coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity, identify and document the key lessons and achievements, conduct the document filing.
1.9 协调竣工检查及验收活动，识别并记录关键经验教训和成果，进行文件归档。
1.10 Other work assigned by the superior.

任职资格:
1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求
Bachelor degree or above, major in industrialized construction
本科及以上学历, 工民建专业
2) Working Experience / 工作经验
At least 5 years working experience in factory building construction management
5年以上厂务建筑设施管理工作经验
3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求
3.1 With basic knowledge to building facilities e.g. HVAC, electricity, lighting, water supply etc.,
3.1 要求对厂务设施如暖通，电力，照明，供水等有一定了解
3.2 Knowledge of design management 具有设计管理方面的知识
3.3 Familiarity with government approvals process 熟悉政府审批流程
3.4 Knowledge of project program scheduling & monitoring 了解项目计划的日程安排和监控情况
3.5 Experience of site construction & safety management 有现场施工及安全管理经验
3.6 Capable of interpersonal and communication skills, academic writing skill for project reports
3.6 良好人际关系和沟通能力，具有项目报告的学术写作能力
3.7 Office software, AutoCAD 2000, Microsoft Project and other necessary software skills
