In your new role you will:
61Understand data strategy & data flow of Greater China digital Go to Market ecosystem, enable and sustain 360 Customer profile for marketing automation & Leads management.
61Develop data synchronization job to enable connections between local solution and global system.
61Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for web analytics data collection and processing.
61Implement and optimize SQL queries or sync job for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support data analytics initiatives.
61Implement and manage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, WeChat Integration) to collect relevant data.
61Utilize Python, SQL and PySpark to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for web data processing and analysis.
61Monitor and analyze competitors' online activities to identify industry trends and benchmark our performance.
61Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, data engineering, and data science to drive continuous improvement in data processing and analysis.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
61Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
611-3 years of relevant industry experience in either data engineering, business intelligence, data science, or related field with experience in manipulating, processing, and extracting value from complex datasets.
61Strong business understanding on WeChat ecosystem or similar ecosystem.
61Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role & practical experience with sql DB, no-sql DB and Bigdata.
61Understanding of basic website knowledge, including familiarity with web page structure and user behavior tracking.
61Have independent experience in completing end-to-end requirements analysis to project delivery
61Technical Skills: Hadoop, Python, PySpark, SQL
61Experience working with large and complex data sets, including data warehousing and ETL processes.
61Data expertise to manipulate and integrate big data and different data types such as text, tables, and Documents (pdf, Xlsx, CSV) using Python, and PySpark.
61Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions to Data scientists, Reporting teams and business audiences, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
61Strong understanding of business intelligence and data visualization principles
