Job Responsibilities 1. Business relationship management ü Collaborates with function leader and key users to align technology solutions with function strategies
ü Build trusted relationship with function, and provide consultative technology support
ü Regularly meets with business stakeholders and participates function leadership meeting
ü Work closely with function key stakeholder to develop business case for new demands and deliver solutions to internal and external customers
ü Support IT related budget and planning with function team for front office part.
ü Has expertise and awareness of technologies and solution related to SAP SD/SCM/PP/FICO etc.
ü Understands roadmap of solution landscape and has clear picture of trends of technologies.
2. Project Management
ü Defines project objectives and scope utilizing expert knowledge of project management practices and procedures.
ü Accountable for development of the Integrated Project Plan for each project within the program.
ü Utilizes the project management framework to achieve program objectives of delivered on time, on budget and business results are realized for high cost and risk projects.
ü Regularly measures and monitors projects progress to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections for high cost and risk projects.
ü Contract Management and Negotiation skills required.
ü Coordinates efforts between projects within high cost and risk projects. Monitors and controls interdependencies within the program and address escalated issues among projects within the program.
3. Regional enterprise architect support ü Understand & promote the re-use of architectural & solution building blocks principle in solution designs to achieve faster speed to market & operational efficiency
ü Provide a high-level oversight over development practices to ensure adherence to application development lifecycle best practices
ü Drive RFI/RFP & technology selection processes with technology solution providers for new solutions
ü Drive re-use of already defined product & technology standards in the company & identify new standards in areas where standards do not exist. Participate in the standards governance process & provide input into setting new standards
Job Requirements: 1. At least Bachelor’s Degree, IT or Information Management related is preferred 2. At least 6 years working experience on IT, and 3 years experiences in project management and business relationship management. 3. Good business requirements analysis and documentation skills, ability to translate into technical requirements. 4. Strong IT project management experiences, can leverage internal and external resource to deliver solutions 5. Be flexible to work in fast-grown environment and under pressure 6. Proven team leadership/coaching/mentoring 7. Comfortable with ambiguity, active inquiry skills 8. Relationship building at all levels and cross-function/platform 9. Manage the project organization or supervise a team in a global or virtual environment 10. Negotiation, facilitation, stakeholder management 11. Vendor management. 12. Cost/quality/schedule controls. 13. In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology, PM tools and processes 14. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese 15. Positive working attitude, willingness to learn 16. Skill must require: PMP certification or equivalent Skill preferred: Agile certification and ITIL certification.
