This position acts as a professional Power BI Developer to support our Operations, Transportation, and Service Planning teams in a global deployment project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics and reporting, capable of creating and maintaining complex Power BI dashboards, and will collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to drive data-driven decision-making.
This role will report to US, excellent English proficiency is a must.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Report Development & Integration & Analytics
61 Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for Global Logistics and Service Operations (GLS)
61 Work closely with IT and business units to integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP, TMS (Transportation Management System), and planning systems
61 Work closely with (GLS) to analyze the data and provide valuable actionable reports and recommendations to reduce cost, increase efficiencies and enhance customer service
2. Global Deployment
61 Lead the global deployment of Power BI reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and customization across regions and teams
61 Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and create meaningful insights
3. Data Transformation
61 Leverage Power Query and DAX to clean, transform, and model data for reporting and analysis purposes
4. Automation and Optimization
61 Implement automated refresh schedules, optimize performance, and ensure scalability for global reporting needs.
61 Build efficient and scalable data models that integrate multiple data sources, ensuring performance optimization and data integrity.
61 Manage, administer and govern Power BI workspace’s artifacts and App.
61 Automated reporting processes, data refresh processes and implemented Row Level Security (RLS) for data governance
5. Training and Support
61 Provide training and support to regional teams and end users, enabling them to leverage Power BI for daily decision-making
JOB REQUIREMENTS
61 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
61 5+ years of experience in Power BI development & similar business intelligence platforms
61 Experience working in Operations, Transportation, or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
61 Experience with global projects and multi-region reporting.
Technical Skills:
61 Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modelling.
61 Experience with data sources such as SQL, Azure, Oracle, and Excel.
61 Knowledge of data visualization best practices and UI/UX design in reporting.
Soft Skills:
61 Excellent communication skills to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
61 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
61 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
61 Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems, or production planning tools.
61 Familiarity with cloud-based solutions like Snowflake, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
61 Certifications in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
