JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● HBL/MBL的开具，海运费用的确认，发预报，操作系统的数据输入
HBL/MBL issuance, ocean freight charges confirmation, shipments pre-alerts, input data in operational system
● 协助操作完成基本的货运安排
Assist the operator to complete basic shipping arrangements
● 回复客户的相关信息
Response to customer for related information
● 领导安排的其他工作
Other jobs assigned by the leader

REQUIREMENTS
● 大专以上学历，交通运输、货运或物流专业优先
College graduate, major in transportation, forwarding or logistics is preferable
● 两年的单证工作经验
2 years of documents experience
● 了解Cargowise 系统优先考虑；
Familiar with CargoWise system is plus
● 良好的书面英语（能够读写电子邮件和文件）
Good written English (ability in reading and writing e-mails and documents)
● 工作认真细致，有耐心，责任心强
Working carefully and seriously, have patience, have a strong sense of responsibility
● 愿意学习新事物
Willing to learn new things
