Position Summary 83 Responsible for Analytical calculations and Simulations of DMS fluid products, to support R&D, VAVE and all technical activities during whole product development process.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 83 Work on simulations of Pneumatic and Hydraulic control products to evaluate design feasibility and support open issue solving 83 Be responsible to perform Heat Transfer, Thermal and Fluids analyses of product assembly and key components as required from guidelines and customers 83 Be responsible to build up Multiphysics modeling with temperature and flow fields, and further study coupling with magnetics and structural analyses together with team 83 Follow standard simulation work process and dedicate to improving modelling methods to increase the accuracy of analyses and get more correlative with test measurements 83 Be able to track up new simulation technologies, and conduct simulation approaches study and relevant specifications for advanced products development
Requirements / Qualifications 83 Master’s degree or above in Automotive/ Fluid Mechanics/ Thermophysics related 83 Min. 3 years’ experience in thermal & fluid simulations with Hydraulic/ Pneumatic fluids, preferred in Drivetrain system, Suspension or Chassis system 83 Familiar with at least one simulation software tools: ANSYS Mechanical, Fluent, Amesim, MATLAB, and GT-SUITE etc. 83 Knowledge of metals and non-metal materials incl. Plastics and Rubber is preferred 83 Experience with analyses of solenoids or gear pumps would be a plus 83 Passionate in technical expertise and collaboration with cross function team 83 Language skills: Chinese, English
