- In this role, As a Financial Analyst, you report to Company Controller directly. And you will be responsible for company assurance & Governance, monthly closing and reporting. Support Company Controller to run effective budget and estimation process. Perform effective internal control process. Support business to perform Capex, Tax, Customs, SAFE and Insurance management, etc. The position is graded as Global Grade 12.

- Support company controller to drive cross-functional initiatives that support strategic goals.
- Drives the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within their area of responsibility.
- Support company controller to provide guidance and participates or facilitates best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
- Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for their area of responsibility.
- Defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations.
- Assesses business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance.
- Identifies and communicates financial risks and opportunities from business propositions.
- Ensures high quality of financial data and business information, in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Ensures compliance with standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.
- Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
- Support Business to conduct effective E2E process as well as internal control framework.
- Support Business to conduct effective price and cost management to ensure profitability well managed.
- Support Company GM and Controller to prepare BOD package.


- 61 Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Financial Management or related.
- 61 8+ years of relevant working Experience on Accounting, financial analysis, or controlling areas and 3+ years in people management.
- 61 Excellent understanding ABB financial, business process and structure is preferred.
- 61 Good command of Chinese and Englis as well as Good communication skills.
- 61 Skilled at office software, ERP system; SAP experience is a plus.
- 61 Easy going, optimistic, patient, persevering, good inter-personal skills, with result orientation and customer orientation.
