Job Responsibility 1.Work independently on hardware design and development tasks, including but not limited to: - Evaluation of optical / RF components - RF Design / Analog & Digital Design and Simulation - PCB Layout - Design Verification Testing and Troubleshooting 2.Develop hardware for transceiver modules as schedules and target dates require. 3.Better to have experience in making the high manufacturability design to have good projected production yield. 4.Have a wide range of technical knowledge; not only within job function, but in other fields which can be used to solve problems. 5.Strong ability in data analysis and summarize the progress technically in time without much guidance or modification from supervisors.
Qualification & Requirements 1.Master's or higher degree in optical engineering, optical electronic information, physics, electrical or electronics engineering preferred (New graduate considered). 2.Good knowledge and experience of optical modeling and simulation for communication system. Or familiar with C, PCB design, CAD software, FPGA, MATLAB, and QUANTUM programming language software and systems. Or experience with Linux, Logic Analyzer, Baseband, Python, and Verilog software and systems. 3.Profound understanding of active components including high speed laser and photodiode are preferred. 4.Working experience in Optical communication industry are preferred. 5.English: Capable of expressing in English with accuracy and efficiency, for both written and oral.
