Major Duties & Responsibilities Leading cross function/supplier to execute bidding process: prepare bidding, analysis result, and evaluation bidding scorecard. Cost/Price analysis and negotiation to maximum company benefit Purchasing order approval and release Contract term negotiation and contract master data management. Work with internal function to renew contract timely to reduce business risk Sourcing new supplier per commodity strategy or project needs, understand market trend and situation. New supplier evaluation and assessment Supplier complaints and issues corrective action and follow up. Regularly review supplier performance with supplier to build up ***-class supplier performance. Regularly communication with business leader to under needs, prepare in advance. Reports, spending analysis, procurement documentation management to fulfil compliance requirement
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, supply chain, procurement, technical or finance 8-10years procurement working experience, prefer certain working experience in Indirect procurement area Prefer with CPSM certification Familiar with SAP Skilled on office tool Good communication and problem-solving and conflict-solving capability Strong negotiation capability and influence capability Proof certain leadership: can lead cross-function team internal or external to fulfill project procurement target Supplier performance management and relationship management capability Can work under certain pressure. Very limited travel needed
