Key Responsibilities / 主要职责 1. Develop and manage asset tools, e.g. brand book, POSM, WeChat content, etc.开发和管理资产工具,例如品牌手册、POSM、微信公众号视频号等。 2. Ability to video edit and use Photoshop.熟悉视频编辑和Photoshop。 3. Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand.维护品牌资产,确保品牌形象:确保所有行动符合品牌宗旨,同时不断丰富品牌内涵。 4. Organize and coordinate trade shows, work closely with agencies and organizers of exhibitions and fairs.组织和协调贸易展会,与代理机构及展览会主办方紧密合作。 5. Mobilize and work with other departments (HQ brand team, sales, communication, etc.) with strong internal & external communication skills.动员并与其他部门(总部品牌团队、销售、传播等)合作,具备强大的内部和外部沟通能力。 6. Other assigned marketing support.其他分配的市场支持工作。 Key Requirements / 关键要求 1. At least bachelor’s degree holder in Business / Marketing or equivalent with at least 3 years of strong operational marketing experience in a similar capacity.至少具备商业/市场营销或相关领域的学士学位,且拥有至少3年类似岗位的市场运营经验。 2. Experiences on video, print and digital content execution is a must.必须具备视频、印刷和数字内容制作执行经验。 3. Ability to multi-task and possess good analytical skills.能够同时处理多项任务,并具备良好的分析能力。 4. A team player with good interpersonal, planning, and organizing skills.具有团队合作精神以及良好的人际交往、规划和组织能力。 5. Proactive and has strong passion for the job.积极主动,对工作充满热情。 6. Good spoken and written English.良好的英语口语和书写能力。 7. Proficient in MS Office applications.熟练使用MS Office办公软件。 8. With media/social agency experience will be a plus.拥有媒体/社交代理机构经验者优先。
