Requirements:
61 Point of contact for all package related drawing issues during design period (programming, concept design, IFB, IFC) and during construction
61 Capture all required aspects of design relating to the package (with exception of procurement) and being the design contact for drawing and model creation to the Design Package Owner
61 Manage drawing package within the design package throughout programming, concept design, tendering, construction, commissioning and hand over
61 Provide all work package related drawings following the project specifications and standards provided by Design Package Owner including CAD standards
61 Document all changes and instructions of Design Package Owner
61 Respond to/manage all internal drawing package related open issues
61 Preparation of complete design drawing documentation including the required number of copies required by the Design Package Owner
61 Drawing coordination between design packages as required by Design Package Owner and Area Space Manager
61 Respond to subcontractor & client design relevant RFI’s throughout the project if required by Design Package Owner
61 Review and input to all sub-contractor submittals and shop drawings if required by Design Package Owner
61 Collect, review and verify all as-built documentation as required by Design Package Owner
61 Support preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals
61 Support Design Close-Out for the package
61 Support preparation of training documents for the package
61 Attend weekly Mech coordination meetings
61 Attend weekly space management meeting if required by Design Package Owner

61 Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering and CAD Drawing or a related subject
61 Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3 years’ experience unless equated with professional certifications
