Job Description: 1. Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the ISMS, ensuring that it is compliant with corporate policies, procedures and guidelines. 2. Act as an information security point-of-contact and the “eyes-and-ears” of the LISO/IISO at a local level, escalating incidents, queries and matters of concern to the LISO and IISO in a timely and concise manner. 3. Assist the LISO and IISO with ISMS, Client, Certification or Supplier assessments, questionnaires and audits (external or internal). 4. Assist and advise in the monitoring of Security Awareness Training (SAT) and security best practices. 5. Assist with the implementation of assessments and remedial actions in the Global ServiceNow Information Risk Management (IRM) tool, and any other tools used to support the ISMS. 6. Support the quarterly Management Reviews (MRs) of the ISMS, providing information and insight to the LISO and IISO who will conduct the MRs at regional and Industry levels respectively. 7. Attend regular meetings with the LISO and IISO, participating in the wider ISMS Community.
Job requirements: 1. 5+years of working experience in the relevant industry and experience at Relevant experience in IT, auditing, risk management, quality assurance, continuous improvement, data protection, or similar that can be adapted to the role. 2. Third level qualification or professional certification in Information or IT Security. 3. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS or similar standards and frameworks.
