MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /主要职责
1. Create and maintain local Export Control Program (ICP) in accordance with all applicable Global Export Control laws and regulations as well as ensuring compliance with company and local national policies;
根据所有适用的全球各地的出口管制法律法规，创建和维护本地出口管制程序（ICP），确保遵守公司和本地政策；
2. Monitor and evaluate regulatory changes (national policies / HQ requirements), make relevant changes for ICP change and implementation;
监控和评估监管变更（国家法律/公司总部要求），对本地出口管制程序变更并实施进行相关变更；
3. Check and assess export transactions in day-to-day business and proactively report critical operations to Local Export Control Officer;
检查和评估日常业务交易并主动向当地出口管制官员报告关键操作；
4. Mentor/train local team to follow ICP and improve awareness;
指导/培训当地团队遵守执行本地出口管制程序，以提高意识；
5. Track local Export Control laws and regulations and proactively inform local management;
跟踪中国出口管制法律法规，并主动通知公司管理层；
6. Finish other work required by the supervisor.
完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务。
7. Be involved in and support the establishment and maintenance of Quality and EHS related system construction, and strictly implement the operation specifications required by the Quality and EHS related system.
参与、支持公司质量及EHS相关体系建设的建立和维护，严格执行质量及EHS相关体系所要求的操作规范。

REQUIRED Qualification/岗位资格要求
1. Education background and working experience 教育背景与工作经历：
Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
Over 3 years relevant working experience in import and transfer of export-controlled items
3年以上出口管制物品的进口和转让相关工作经验
2. Working Skill/工作技能：
Good skill in English/Chinese communication
能运用英文和中文进行沟通
Understand Global Export Control laws and regulations related to trade and sanctions, especially China, the U.S. or E.U.
了解与贸易和制裁相关的全球各地的出口管制法律法规，尤其是中国、美国或欧盟
Familiar with MS Office Appliances, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
熟悉MS Office相关应用，包括Word, Excel, Powerpoint等
3. Others/其它：
Good learning ability and can handle work independently.
