Job Description We are looking for a Sales Engineer, who is responsible for DCS sales for Greenfield, Modernization & Expansion Business, pursuing new DCS projects for regional power customers and oversea export EPC Companies in East China region, managing key accounts’ relationship and promoting company’s image and products. Job Responsibilities 1. Pursue new projects for Ovation DCS system & various solutions of digital portfolio. 2. Propel company’s Industrial Software Solutions to meet customer’s needs on digitalization. 3. Accomplish assigned annual sales target, managing personal monthly or quarterly booking as forecast. 4. Cultivate, build up and maintain relationships with customers in relevant territory. 5. Collect and feedback the information of the market trend and competitive analysis, generate project lists and forecasts. 6. Alert the company on threats and opportunities. 7. Coordinate sales pursuit with the sales in other regions and SBU’s. 8. Coordinate with the Business Development Manager on developing strategic solution. Basic Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Automation or relevant majors. 2. Sales working experience is desired. 3. Business integrity, customer focused, working ethically. 4. Have good interpersonal skill, and sophisticated communication/negotiation skills. 5. Be fluent in written & spoken English. 6. Team player, willing to cooperate closely with technical support team and project implementation team. 7. Outgoing, sociable and independent, willing to have frequent business travel. 8. Be skilled in MS office. 9. Occupational Health and safety acumen. 10. Being familiar with power generation process, or power industry/renewable power related working experience is preferred. 11. Knowledge of Ovation or other relevant DCSs is preferred. 12. Selling experience of DCS/Instruments/Industrial Software etc. will be a plus.
