1.Build up and maintain strong relationship management with existing and new strategic account customers and to satisfy their expectations. 2.Manage clients' requests and enquiries across all touch points and professionally resolve Client's feedback and complaints. 3.Maintain the data integrity for the Strategic Account/ eSolutions customers in accordance with established policy and procedure. 4.Performing shipment tracing and monitoring reports for operations support in a timely manner with 95% data accuracy or above. 5.Manage, implement, and handle projects for Strategic/eSolutions account, logistics and transportation network optimization. 6.Support on solutions designed by team manager and work closely with Account Management Team , Operations, warehouse, and vendors. 7.Follow up SOP, traffic flow, communication with customers and overseas counterpart, to ensure compliance. 8.Be a super user of PO management systems, WMS and Vendor management systems. 9.Provide systems trainings to end users. 10.Prepare pricing and quotations. 11.Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. 12.Ensure compliance with all customers contractual obligations on the part of the company. REQUIREMENTS 1.Higher Diploma holder or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years experience in account management field with proven track reference in managing key accounts, preferably in logistics/ecommerce background 2.High level of problem solving communication & presentation skills 3.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing software Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin 4.Enthusiastic, independent, well organized, customer-oriented with can do attitude to work with different parties
