Key Accountabilities The Supply Chain ENO Lead will be responsible for development and execution of the Enterprise Supply Chain cost transformation in International Personal Care Business. Responsibilities: - Detail advantaged actions and initiatives that can reduce cost and drive Enterprise Network Optimization value. Development and implementation of a sustainable value creation pipeline process in line with GSC standard and activation of value creation initiatives - Develop and Drive a Framework to Perform E2E Supply Network Planning which would perform Data Collation, Demand/Supply Model Simulation, Monitoring and Analysis with recommended Decision Analysis for continuous improvement of Cost and Service level. - Establish and Drive Critical Planning KPIs such as S&OP, CTP, Inventory Management, Asset utilization, Capacity Allocation - Make versus buy analysis within KC or leveraging ECM, while ensuring strong capital efficiency - Agility to strategizing and deploying customized strategies accordance to varying conditions - Collaborate with other Supply Chain Leadership Teams (including Global, NA, EM and IFP), and Continuous Improvement teams to transfer knowledge and accelerate the adoption of best practices. Core Competencies/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a focus on Planning - 5+ years in Supply Chain Management with experience in Value Creation, continuous improvement and transformational change, or developing and delivering supply chain solutions in E2E Planning. - Strong Expertise in Planning with Software tools (Kinaxis, ERP Systems, Excel, Power BI) - Ability to work effectively across the Supply Chain network, building relationships and working with stakeholders in SC functions, COE’s to deliver improvements/ initiatives / projects - Role model of K-C Ways of Working - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, having demonstrated inspirational team leadership across multiple geographies - Develops and nurtures a distinctive, inclusive and agile work environment, and leads continuous talent development About Us Huggies®.
