1. Analyse market, competition and customer situation to find the opportunity 2. Make good use of company resources to provide solution to customers 3. Develop existing customers with new solution 4. Promote developed products to potential customers 5. Work independently and aggressively to reach the target 6. Develop comprehensive sales plans for key accounts 7. Maintenance customer relationship and stabilization the marketing system 8. Generate and develop relationships with various functional people in key accounts 9. Qualify, follow up and close opportunities for key accounts 10. Ensure proper Supply Agreements are in place for businesses 11. Customer Master data gathering 12. Enable the Order process 13. Manage proper complaint handling follow up 14. Liaise with Commercial Manager any issues relating to customer satisfaction 15. Liaise with customers, offering support and service where appropriate managing order changes and general communication. 16.
