61 Collaborate with buyers, customers, and vendors to negotiate prices, quantities, product design/features, and project timelines. 61 Ensure vendors have a good understanding of REWE requirements, product specifications and the required quality level. 61 Fulfill assigned turnover targets, perform sourcing activities and support the execution of business development plans. 61 Provide professional merchandising services to buyers and headquarters in Europe. 61 Provide accurate and timely information to peer groups to ensure alignment on quality requirements. 61 Track order status and proactively identify and report risk of late shipment. 61 Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely recording of orders in the systems.
Requirements
61 Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. 61 At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferable in European buying offices. 61 Familiar with European quality standards and requirements for SDA including fans, heaters and installations. 61 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment. 61 Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service. 61 Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity. 61 Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin). 61 Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 61 Flexible with business trips.
