1. Report to Quality Manager. 2. Perform pre-audits, technical audits as well as following-up social compliance validity and other quality standards. 3. Plan regular product inspection, conduct in-line and final controls, organize inspection dates, and make suppliers link with third party inspectors. 4. Review quality reports on daily basis and work closely with commercial counterparts to support with technical solutions. 5. Understand test requirements, be familiar with quality manuals, and propose solutions to resolve issues. 6. Monitor the service level of inspection companies and train inspectors and suppliers on updates. Follow-up daily activities closely with Quality & Commercial Team. 7. Develop and maintain a clear and precise communication between Quality and Commercial team and suppliers to ensure shipment quality and deliveries.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Product Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality & production, preferably with experience in relevant categories. 3. Good knowledge on product testing, inspection, and factory auditing. 4. Able to handle quality analysis and factory management. 5. Good communication and able to work under pressure. 6. Ethical and with self-discipline. 7. Willing to travel frequently to factories. 8. Familiar with European safety regulations and work experience with a European brand/retailer is a plus. 9. Fluent in oral & written English and local language. 10. Proficient in MS Excel applications (Word, Excel, Power-point).
