THE POSITION:

1. Report to Quality Manager or technical manager
2. Responsible for the fitting of the textile products (measurement chart, patterns, product construction) at the prototype development stage.
3. Address any issues or feedback on the technical aspect, and ensure the good respect of the wear & safety legislation.
4. Manage the development timing respect in order to avoid any delay to start production.
5. Communicate with pattern-marker, quality & commercial teams for a good understanding of the buyers’ requirement.
6. Perform supplier management duties for close follow-up and trainings for improvements.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Product Engineering, Textile Production or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in fitting industry.
3. Good knowledge on garment construction, production processes (cutting/sewing), and safety requirements.
4. Good communication and able to work under pressure.
5. Good teamwork and also able to work independently.
6. Ethical and with self-discipline.
7. Work experience with a European brand/retailer is a plus.
8. Fluent in oral & written English and local language.
9. Proficient in MS Excel applications (Word, Excel, Power-point).
