Responsibilities: 1) Assist in completing the approval verification, and sorting/filing of legal documents and commercial contracts to ensure compliance and proper record-keeping. 2) Assist in drafting, reviewing and proofreading the operating contracts and legal documents. 3) Assist in legal related information collection and legal case research to support on-going legal issues. 4) Assist in translation and amendment of legal documents in alignment with company policies. 5) Assist in management of company chops and licenses. 6) Prepare and assist in the company's registration documents with government authorities. 7) Other legal tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications: 1) A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in law or a related field, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant legal working experience. 2) Proven experience in a legal assistant or administrative support role, with a general understanding of various aspects of in-house legal. 3) Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 4) Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently. 5) Fluent in English, both verbal and written 6) Possession of legal license is preferred.
