Primary Mission:
The PLTE China Post Process manager is responsible for developing all kind of welding, Milling, punching, weakening and assembly technology in the region of China. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at driving growth and innovation within the organization.


Main Tasks:
61 Leadership of the team of PLTE Welding/milling/punching, weakening and assembly in China. Develop team talent and build effective and diverse team.
61 Fully involved and good communication with global post process team. reflect CN tech research to Global.
61 Drive the governance and team to do new technology roadmap research and implement to programs.
61 Work together with global post process team to update general standards to improve cost and revise definition to users.
61 Provide technical support to Acquisition, program, plant, TVO and innovation team.
61 Drive team knowledge transfer, expertise broadcast and LLs

Responsibilities:
61 Manage the budget for his/her team.
61 Manage the workload of the team at system level and anticipate proper staffing to reach PLTE objectives.
61 Recruit team member(s) and validate recruitment of team members.
61 Evaluate technical competencies and Faurecia values of the employee(s), create, deploy and follow development plan (exposure to specific missions, coaching, and trainings).
61 Set the priorities, manage and monitor the work of the team.
61 Identify potential specialists & experts and define action plans to follow up.
61 Support the Team member(s) in creating the network of PLTE engineers, specialists & experts linked to the system.
61 Build effective teams (create common spirit, synergies etc.).
61 Manage administrative tasks for the team member(s) in his/her own region (vacations, time management, reporting etc.).
