Responsibilities: 1.To lead, coordinate and mobilize co-workers in the implementation of any marketing campaigns with specific focus to positioning to ensure best practice, excellent output and fulfilment of objectives. 2.Rebuild our brand and inspire customer with our value. We bounce ideas back and forth, we challenge each other and we are crazy passionate about communication. 3.Act as a leader of the Marketing campaign team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals. 4.Lead Campaign team for yearly campaign planning and execution. 5.Work cross-functionally with Merchandise, Creative & Sales team and Communications colleagues in the implementation of marketing campaigns. 6.Develop key brand campaigns with existing partners to met company goals. 7.Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and during and after execution in order to identify improve areas. 8.Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact. 9.Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of function in order to contributing to the business goals. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor degree, and Master is preferred. Majored in communications, Public Affairs, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred. 61 5+ years' experience in related areas of work in medium- or large sized- multinational companies. Cross-culture experiences is preferred. 61 Excellent command of both written and spoken English. 61 Excellent in PPT making with detailed knowledge of PowerPoint. 61 Outstanding writing skills relating to corporate announcements, news stories, executive speeches, talking point scripts, question/answer documents. 61 Understanding of new digital communications channels. 61 Experience in public affairs preferred. 61 Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas. 61 A high level of attention to detail. 61 Strong team ethic; diplomatic team-player who can establish positive relationships with different parties. 61 Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand and communicate complex information about markets, technology and financial performance. 61 Strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms and E-commerce landscape.
