85 Build up the grassroots running programs plan in key cities (at least 4 cities), according to annual/seasonal GTM, local race calendar, social topics, etc. 85 Well manage the agency in daily operation, including budget plan, materials production, onsite operation, runners’ WOM management, etc. 85 Assist on operating store running community, including pre-training, material coordination, running knowledge sharing, and other daily operations, etc. 85 Manage and operate HOKA running groups(stores & non-stores) with social content and knowledge output according to monthly calendars and sports news, be active on delivering timely information and observing feedback from runners. 85 Look for Co-branding, cross-industry, cross activity opportunities in HOKA grassroots, to further expand the runners’ base and to bring new fresh content / experience to runners. 85 Support the partners’ grassroots activity, if needed. Including proposal comments according to brand’s standard, material or running skills support. Functional & Technical Competencies Marketing or sales background, with experience to implement event/campaign/project. - Experience in sports brand marketing is highly preferred. - Passion in outdoor or sports is a must! If in running will be a plus. - Personal connection in sports/outdoor industry with race sponsors, medias, runners, community etc. - Travel is required (at least once / month, if pandemic is under control); - Logical Report in Oral and Written, Chinese and basic English is required. - Experience in sports event planning, execution & results tracking will be a plus - Responsible and result driven. 85 Build running community culture internally, work with colleagues to create a running atmosphere within the company. 85 Support sports marketing leader to build up / keep good relationship with race organizers in China and find the qualified races to sponsor or to join as a partner with best quote seasonally according to MKT GTM and budget. 85 Develop the execution plan of brand / product placement in races, marathons, trail runs, triathlons, etc.; include but not limited to, brand logos, products on foot, onsite materials productions, GWPs, Social posts, etc. 85 Manage the activities in regular activities independently. 85 Support sports marketing leader in larger events, such as UTMB, Ironman, major city Marathons, etc.; including but not limited to sponsorship partner exploration, negotiation and venue design, setup, on-site support, sales support, as well as data base collecting from event, and review report;
