- Responsible for the performance management of the Prestige Flagship Store - Develop strategic relationship with the customer based on category, shopper and channel understanding and manage daily and mid-term interface with customer - Ensure high quality service and optimized shopping experience to key customers/shoppers through cross functional teamwork - Manage customer investment through ROI evaluation and trade terms optimization - Effectively and detailed plan & monitor business performance via big data insight - Distributor/TP operation efficiency management - Leverage the strategic Friso differentiators to maximize Friso potential with Healthy and sustainable growth
Main KPIs - Deliver the agreed sales KPIs (pos, market share, LE) for Flagship stores - Customized program for Tmall Flagship store with clear KPI and timeline - Quality of relationship with customer build on mutual trust & accountability
Key Requirements:
61 Bachelor Degree 61 CET >=4, good in written and oral English 61 IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point 61 Proven track record in driving sales results 61 Minimum of 3-5 yrs of Tmall Flagship store management 61 Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers 61 Communication & presentation skills 61 Initiative taking 61 Strong influencing skills, team player 61 Able to work under pressure 61 Able to travel 61 Quick learner 61 Goal oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
