工作职责: 1. Expand the market, master the intention and demand of cuntomers, maintain existing OEM & sleep customers, develop new ones. 拓展市场,掌握客户的意向和需求,维护现有OEM客户, 非活跃客户并积极开发新的OEM客户; 2. Develop sales plans, timely collectmarket information, analyze market dynamics, timely and effictively adjust sales strategies and measures to ensure contract/sales/receivables indicators 制定销售计划,及时收集市场信息,分析市场动态,及时有效调整销售策略和措施,确保达成合同承接、销售额及应收款指标; 3. Provide offer,negotiations and clarifications bofore the contract is signed, organize and participate in RAC technical negotiatios; After the contract's being signed 在合同签订前提供报价、谈判和澄清,组织并参与RAC的技术谈判。 4. Responsible for collecting and finishing market information, reporting customer, project and product market information to superior supervisors 负责市场信息的收集整理,及时向主管领导汇报客户,项目以及产品市场的信息; 5. Create a sound customer file, timely update the customer information in the C4C system 建立健全客户档案,及时更新C4C系统中的客户信息; 6. Provide visit plan and visit report on sales, market actions, etc. in C4C system every week 每周在C4C系统中提供关于销售和市场活动等的拜访计划和拜访报告; 7. Actively communicate and handle trans-department affiars 积极沟通解决跨部门事宜; 8. Other assignments by the superior and 5S/EHS managements 上级指派的其它任务和5S/EHS管理。 任职资格: 1. University degree or above, Fluid or Mechanics ralated majors, Envirommental engineering related majoys. 本科及以上学历,流体或机械相关专业;环境工程相关专业 2. 3+ relavant sales experience, experience of OEM customer development in relavant industry or working in pump industry, especially in industry water treatment or tools machine. 五年以上相关销售经验,有相关OEM行业客户开发经验或在泵行业工作经验, 尤其是工业水处理及机床行业。 3. Teamwork, active, passionate, customer-oriented, strong communication ability, capability of hadling working pressure, willing to travel on business, prefer to develop the new customers 团队协作、主动、热情、客户导向型工作方式、沟通能力强、能搞承受较大工作压力,愿意出差, 擅于开发新客户 4. Good sales skills and communication ability 良好的销售技巧及沟通能力 Ability of team management and coordination 团队管理能力及协调能力
