Duties and Responsibilities Site Supervision: Directly supervise construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and installed equipment. Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, using technical expertise and practical solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, progress reports, and any deviations from the original plan. Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers, equipment, and the environment.
Requirements:(Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience) Education Background: Fresh graduate of 2025, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management. Field Experience: Although not mandatory, any relevant internship or fieldwork experience would be an advantage. Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical thinking and quick decision-making skills to address unexpected challenges on site. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to work in varying environments, including remote and challenging locations. Safety Awareness: Commitment to safety as a top priority in all operations.
